From Invitation to Home Decor

I just saw an adorable idea in Southern Living magazine - I can't find a picture online yet, but I'll post one if I do. The idea is to take important segments of text from your wedding invitation (or program, or menu perhaps for your kitchen or dining area, you get the idea) and blow them up, matte them in the same frames and mattes, and create an interesting and decorative focal piece. Group the frames close together for the most impact!

Venue Profile: The Gallery

The Gallery is a Mediterranean style venue in the elegant galleria area of Houston. With capacity for events ranging from 50 to 300 guests and a gorgeous backdrop for the perfect wedding, Houston brides should definitely check out The Gallery.

There are both indoor and outdoor areas, and your rental fee buys you access to the entire property. Your rental also includes security, parking attendants, and gorgeous chairs! What wedding junkie doesn't get excited about a venue throwing in chiavari chairs?

You can also bring in outside catering and bar service - just make sure you get them approved by The Gallery by the date set in your contract.

One more great thing about The Gallery - they put pricing and availability right on their website. I love that!
